Laryngocarcinoma is a common malignant tumor in our country. Exploring the mechanism of laryngocarcinoma and studying the factors that affect the biological behaviors of laryngocarcinoma are of great significance. Apoptosis was closely related to tumors and has become the hot spot of study all over the world. However, the molecular mechanisms of apoptosis are not clear. In recent years, it was found that p53 gene was associated with apoptosis and the p21WAF1 gene play a important role in the function of p53 gene. Therefore, it was very impotant to investigate the relationships a-mong apoptosis, p53 gene and p21WAF1 gene to exploring the molecular mechanisms of apoptosis.Aimed at further exploring and demonstrating the molecular...
