In addition, we take the lead in investigating the relationship of BLyS and its receptors mRNA expression levels in patients with SLE and MM, and correlated these levels with laboratory and clinical features. We construct the 5'- deleted flanking region of human BAFF-R gene and establish a basis for the further study on the mechanism of transcription and regulation of BAFF-R gene.
