ObjectiveTo explore the correlation between the perceptual evaluations and the acoustic parameters of oesophageal voice and the tracheo-esophageal prosthetic voice and the application of the acoustic parameter analysis system of MDVP (Multi Dimensional Voice Program) in them. In the mean time, the valuable parameters were deduced by analyzing the voice quality and the acoustic parameters.Methods20 were laryngectomized esophageal speaker, and 18 were laryngectomized. tracheo-esophageal speaker.
