Heart failure (HF) has strong impact on the health and life longevities of human beings. Nowadays there are more than 6,000 thousand of heart failure patients, and several hundred of thousand of newly developed heart failure patients in our country. It is indicated by research that the mortality of those had a level IV cardiac function.caused by HF over one-year is about 50-60% The current methods for HF treatment include the routine drug treatment, heart transplantation and application of the ventricular assist device (VAD). The routine drug treatment has a limited effect. It is also limited by heart transplantation because of the shortage of heart donor and the problems of economy or medicine. The VAD is considered as the most effective treatment for the heart failure, and is developing rapidly in the recent years. The VAD could maintain the circulation and help the injured myocardium to recovery by partly or completely supporting the failure heart. It is important that the peri-operative patients whose heart function was badly damaged could pass through the dangerous period and take off the VAD after the recovery of the heart function. The VAD could pull through to the heart transplantation as a bridge. It...
