Multiple causes can induce alveolar epithelial cells injury. This will result in the injury of lung parenchyma, destruction of lung structure and fibrosing of lung at last. By and large, the way to cure lung injury and fibrosis is to wipe off the causes and attenuate inflammatory response as much as possible. But the therapeutic effects are not satisfied. Because of the self-renewing and multi-potent differentiation of stem cell, many works have been done on the basic and clinical research of stem cell in therapy. In our research, we observed the differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) in lung tissue and their therapeutic effect to bleomycin (BLM) induced lung injury. That will provide experimental basis for using stem cell in the therapy of lung diseases.Part â…  : culture and identification of rat MSCsRat MSCs (rMSCs) were isolated, purified and identified. The growth of rMSCs in different concentration of fetal bovine serum (FBS) and different passages were observed. It was found that most of rMSCs were shuttle or spindle shape and proliferated fast after passaging. But rMSCs proliferated...
