Background It is very important to identify coronary artery disease patients with normal ECG at rest clinically. There are limitations in stress test of ECG, nuclear imaging of myocardial perfusion and echocardiography, and the patients take potential risks during exercise. Coronary angiography is a "golden standard" for identifying patients with coronary artery disease , but it is a invasive technique , and risks still remains for subjects. ECG becomes nearly normal in some patients with old inferior MI, so that diagnostic value of q wave in lead II, III and avF for detection of old inferior MI was limited. MCG is a relatively new method for measuring the magnetic field of the heart to diagnose CAD, but no widely accepted diagnostic criteria were established. We attempt to approach the diagnostic indicators in MCG recorded in unshielded environment using MCG7 (SQUID AG, Essen, German) for patients with ischemic heart disease and evaluate their diagnostic value.Part 1Components, fundamental principle of measurement and analysismethods of MCG7The information about MCG7 were briefly introduced, that include: components MCG7 consists of, such as movable bed for subjects, dewer in which superconducting...
