Chronic prostatits is a common disease in adult men.The patients with chronic prostatitis occult 25% of all outpatients of urology department in our hospital .The morbidity of chronic prostatitis is the first in men older than 50years ,and third in men younger than 50years .The high prevalence ,influence on life quality and bad therapy result of chronic prostatitis have been recognized by doctors .It is helpful for understanding its pathogenesis and manifestation to know the pathological character of chronic prostatitis .It is significant for the knowledge and treatment choice of chronic prostatitis to know whether or not inflammation exist in normal prostate and its character .The described histopathology of chronic prostatitis is often...
