PART ONETHE SCREENING OF OVARIAN CANCER CELL LINES WITH DIFFERENT INVASIVE AND METASTATIC POTENTIALOBJECTIVE: To screen the ovarian cancer cell lines with different invasive and metastatic potential.METHODS: Human ovarian carcinoma SKOV-3 and 3A0 cells were respectively injected intraperitoneally into female nude mice to establish transplantation models of human ovarian carcinoma. The metastatic tumors derived from the same organ were cultured in vitro, then cell lines were established and transplanted intraperitoneally for several times. At last, we got three cell lines(SKOV-3F3, 3AOF3 and 3AOF4) and evaluated their invasive and metastatic potential by growth in vitro, adhesive test in vitro, Matrigel invasion assay, tumor formation rates and the states of metastasis in vivo and so on. At the same time, our research analyzed the karyotypes of those cell lines.RESULTS:...
