A Study On The Evaluation Of New Rural Cooperative Medical System In Shandong Province

The rural medical insurance of Cooperative Medical System has supported the rural people's health too many years. Facing the new situation in the rural of people's health, Chinese state department has taken New Rural Cooperative Medical System (NRCMS) for catastrophic disease since 2003. It is an imperative task for us to keep regulative and sustainable development of NRCMS on how to give a comprehensive study in different aspects and levels of evaluation system according to its implementation and development.In order to find the problems and give an effect evaluation of its implementation and development, many departments and institute researchers have done too many investigations in different aspects and explored many indicators for a comprehensive evaluation, it took important roles for government policy decision and scheme orientation. However, there still have following problems needing further study. Firstly about the evaluation system, too many indicators too less importance and practice; secondly about the indicators, many of them too less effectiveness however too much indicators involved, although some indicators are very important but too difficult to do in practice; thirdly about the source of date, normally there have regular registration and special investigation, it's still a question of how to get accurate and reliable data; and fourthly the methodology need new further study because of just normal application of professional consulting, percentile and Analysis Hierarchy...
