Report On The Post-doctoral Research Work

Ectoparasites communities on the rodents in Wuyishan, Fujian Province were studied in 1996.The cominunities compositions including gamasid mites, chigger mites, lice,fleas and ticks. 4 of 17 ectoparasite species were dominant species, i.e. Laelaps fukienensis, L. turkestanicus, L. nuttalli, L. echidninus. Ectoparasite communities on the 9 species of mice could be divided into 3 groups by the systematic clustering. The structure of ectoparasite communities on each host species and 5 species of ectoparasites' coefficient of interspecific association were also analysed in this paper.
