Continent urinary diversion is widely used by urologists and appreciated by the patients since it was first reported by Kock in 1982. For it has an adequate capacity ,lower internal pressure ,less complications than the previous methods, the continent urinary diversion has obviously improved the quality of the patients' life. Many kinds of continent reservoir such as Indiana and Mainz pouch were constructed based on the principle of the detubularization .However, the common disadvantage of these methods is that a long intestinal canal (about 70 cm) has to be used to enlarge the reservoir volume with complicated procedure. So it takes a long time to perfom the operation and does much harm to the patients ; Urine leak sometimes occur if the long incision of the intestinal canal is not sutured well; Water and electrolyte disturbance is inclined to happen because of a large intestinal mucosa contacting with the urine ;As the patients lack of a long segment of terminal ileum,the absorption of Vit B12 in the intestinal canal will be...
