Part I Cardiac allograft vasculopathy after heterotopic transplanted heart model in ratsObjective: To establish an experimental model of cardiac allograft vasculopathy (CAV) after heterotopic heart transplantation in rats. Methods: Heterotopic heart transplantation was performed in abdominal cavity of rats. Donors' heart from wistar rats were heterotopically transplanted to SD rats( allograft) or wistar rats(isograft). The recipients were divided into Cyclosporine A group(CsA group, allograft) and isograft group. Cyclosporine A (CsA, 5mg/kg/day) injected into the abdominal cavity of the recipients in CsA group, and isograft group recipients were received the same volume of normal saline(1 ml/kg/day) . Allografts were collected at 15 days and 60 days after transplanstation. Coronary arteriy tissues were stained hematoxylin and esion, Van Gieson to be evaluated with histological.Result: The model of heterotopic heart transplantation had set up successfully, the survived rate was 90%. In CsA group, coronary...
