The Impact Of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Extract On The Expression Of Apoptosis And The Regulation Gene Of Apoptosis During Hepatic Ischemia Reperfusion Injury After Orthotopic Liver Transplantation In Rats

Part 1 The Operation of Rat Orthotopic Liver Transplantation(OLT)Objective: To study the operation technique of rat orthotopic Liver transplantation(OLT) and to provide reliable model for the study of OLT.Method: 150 cases of rats orthotopic Liver transplantation operation were performed by modified Kamada's cuff technique.Results: 90 cases of formal rats orthotopic liver transplantation were performed. The anhepatic time was 18～22min(19.7±1.6min) and the liver grafts underwent 0～1min of warm ischemia and 90min of cold ischemia. The successful rate was 91.1%(82/90) in formal operation.Conclusion: The rat's OLT model which were performed by Kamada's cuff technique is reliable to study the basic and clinical problems of OLT.
