ObjectivesIn eukaryocyte,Nitric Oxide(NO) has many biological function as a second messenger and neurotransmitter,It has wide biology and antivirus effect,participate in many physiological and pathological procession.The inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS)is the rate-limiting enzyme of NO production,which is distributed in cell widely.Any factors which are connected with iNOS gene transcription and translation will influence NO production,And the iNOS gene transcription regulation is the main factor of NO production.In this study,we screened 12 kinds of iNOS gene regulation proteins with phage display technique at first,And X-box binding protein1(XBP1) was a kind of iNOS gene regulation protein,which is an important transcription factor in CREB/ATF family.Every kind of transcription factor can regulate some gene expression combining with the cis-acting element or other proteins.This regulation mechanism can produce many gene expression.
