objective : to study the effect and mechanism of proteoglycan in inflammation reaction signal transduction induced by ischemia-reperfusion and hypoxia-reoxygenation .and to explored the new targeted point in cerebral ischemia inflammation .Methods:1.To established the human umbilic vein endothelial cells culture. the HEEL,GAG,heparinase,Sdc-1Ab,Sdc-3Ab,CAP37Ab will be gived 6h before continued normoxia culture or hypoxia 2h/reoxygenation 2h culture.2. To established the rat brain microvascular endothelial cells culture.the HEEL,GAG,heparinase,Sdc-1Ab,Sdc-3Ab,CAP37Ab will be gived 6h before continued normoxia culture or hypoxia 2h/reoxygenation 2h culture.3.To established the rat astrocyte cells culture.the HEEL,GAG,heparinase,Sdc-1Ab,Sdc-3Ab,CAP37Ab will be gived 6h before continued normoxia culture or hypoxia 2h/reoxygenation 2h culture.
