Anti-Angiogenesis And Invasion Effect Mechanisms Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound "San Leng Pill" On Endometriosis Models In Rats

OBJECTIVE: To research the essential components of Jia Wei san-leng-wan(SLW) effect on the development , angiogenesis and vascular invasion of endometriosis,the angiogenesis of chronic inflammation granulation tissue. The effect on proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial cell , VEGF signal transduction pass way of SLW were also studied. All of those were determine the anti-angiogenesis and mechanisms of SLW on endometriosis model in rats.METHODS:1.The sexual cycle of rats were detected and the rats were performed endometrium transplantation during oestrus, the endometriosis model was established successfully after 28 days. The rats were divided and administrated with SLW for 4weeks according to the orthogonal design, based on L9(33)orthogonal list.
