Research On The Formulas And Medicine Of TCM In Treating Primary Liver Cancer

Traditional Chinese medicine treatment on primary liver cancer (PLC) has a long history, and has made great progress over the past half century. Due to the complicated cause and pathogenesis of the disease, the treatment of the disease are also very complicated. Medication rules and principles varied with different times. In recent years, Chinese medicine treatment of liver cancer research focuses more on treatment experiences of famous doctor, clinical efficacy observation, formulas, set prescription, Chinese medicine pharmacological research and animal experiments. Although it has improved the treatment on liver cancer, but it has obvious limits with lack of effective successor of TCM theory. On the basis of summing up the ancient and modern treatment of liver cancer, this paper make further summarization and analyses on the formulas and medicine from the TCM with a view to guide the clinic.Although there is no exact appellation of PLC in ancient literature, there is much related recordation.
