Extranodal nasal type NK/T cell lymphoma is a primary extranodal lymphoma with special morphology, immunophenotype and biological behavior, and it is highly associated with Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) infection. Extranodal nasal type NK/T cell lymphoma occupies a relatively higher incidence in Asia regions than that of in Europe and North America. Extranodal nasal type NK/T cell lymphoma was accounted for about 15 percent of all non-Hodgkin lymphoma cases and it is a special entity in China. This tumor has special lesion loci which is most common involved in midfacial region such as nasal cavity and pharynx, and the biopsy tissue is usually too small to be used for further study except for pathologiacl diagnosis. No enough tissue samples are the major obstacle for advanced research in this tumor. Establishment of nude mouse model of human extranodal nasal type NK/T cell lymphoma is the way to solve the problem about the lackness of experimental material. At the same time, nude mouse model of this tumor...
