We are now in a information times with a fast developing of science and technology. The technological and intelligent content in work are increasing. The importance of the recognization procession and phychomotor performance are increasing day by day. Noise has been paid attention to because it is widely spread in various fields and brings about severe environment contamination. As the development of technology, the places with high noise level have decreased. However, new sources of moderate noise have been produced — monitoringequipment with alarms, computers, ventilation systems etc. There is a contradiction between noise environment and demand of high intelligence in work. Thus the mental performance against a background of noise is noticeable. In the future local war with high tech we will face with, the celerity of the war make it routine to carry the soldiers with armored vehicles and helicopters. Thus the staff entering a war are often exposed to noise and vibration environment. The future war is not only the contest of high technology, but also the contest of intelligence and quality of personnel in it. The effects of exposure to noise and vibration on performance of corps like fight personnel are of very importance.
