Fundamental Studies On Tissue Necrosis Mechanism Of Avulsed Skin Flap After Skin Avulsion

In modern society, trauma is one of main causes impairing human life and safety. Every year, traffic accident hurt 15,000,000 people and killed 700000 people all over the world. Past forty years in China, traffic accidents have been increasing from 5922 cases in 1951 to 271,843 cases in 1995(1:45.9); In the same time, the number of the people impaired increased from 5159 to 159308 (1:30.9) and the number of the people killed increased from 852 to 71494 (1:83.9). Skin avulsion caused by traffic accident is very common. It is very difficut to treat the severe skin avulsion.
