Intracellular Expression Of Anti Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) Single Chain Antibody (scFv) In HCC Cell Line

Intracellularly expressed antibodies, referred to as "Intrabodies", can be designed to bind and inactivate target molecules and interference the physiological and biochemical processes inside cells. This technique has been used to inactivate oncoproteins and to inhibit the replication of cytopathic viruses. There is no report about Intrabodies using in human HCC cells.Here, retro virus vector (pDOR) containing anti HCC scFv gene was constructed and transduced into HCC 9204 cells using lipofectamine.
