The pathological changes of the craniocerebral injury is grossly classified as two main groups:primary injury and secondary injury. The pathological expression of secondary cerebral injury usually is very complex and the etiological causes are variable. However, in the multiple etiological factors, the changes of the cerebral microvasculature occured early after cerebral injury and is the basic pathological condition by far.So many biochemical changes in the neurons and cerebral interstitial tissue and changes of the molecularbiological alternations are dependent upon the normal cerebral blood supplied. So investigate on micro vascular changes after cerebral injury seems very important for it not only relates to the functional condition of the neurons but also influences the reconstruction of the neuronal function and the prognosis of the brain injury. This experimental study aims to investigate the morphological and functional changes of the cerebral microvasculature to declare what happens during the early stage cerebral injury in the vascular system ,and also aims to exhibit the reconstructive process of the damaged microvasculature. From these fundamental pathological changes, the studys are significant in explanation of the secondary pathological attacks and the results of the brain injury as well as to establish the new theraputic methods.
