Primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most frequent tumors in the would today and is responsible for approximately 1,000,000 deaths annually. Because the diagnosis and treatment for HCC is quite difficulty, the researches to HCC are concerned widly. The estiblishment and delvelopment of the monoclonal antibody (MAb) has brought the new hopes for the studies of HCC. Now, much works have been reported about MAbs against HCC and the progresses have been reached both in experimental and clinical studies. Our works involved seven sections: Preparation of anti-HCC MAb; Immunohistochemical investigation; Immuno—electron microscopic localization; Radioimmunodetection and autoradiography; Immunotargeting; Internalization and distribution; And immnotoxining.Ⅰ. Preparation of Monoclonal Antibody HAb2(?) against Human Hepatoma Cell Line SMMC—7721 Treated with α-InterferonThe human hepatoma cell line SMMC—7721 treated with human leucocytic α-interferon, in the hopes of enhanceing the expression of tumor associated antigens, was used as an immunogen. After fusing and screening, we got a hybridoma which secreted relatively...
