Bispecific monoclonal antibody (BsAb) is constructed by two different kind of molecular of monoclonal antibodies. BsAb can combine with two different epitopes, one combination situs can specifically identify and combine with tumor cells or pathogen, the other can induce the macrophages or monocytes and other immunologically competent cells to kill the tumor cells or pathogen. BsAb combines with those cells in variable region, it can prevents other amount of antibodies from competing in tumor targeting therapy.
