Central nervous system (CNS) of adult mammal animal may not regenerate after trauma which is different from that of peripheral nerve system. Optic nerve of adult mammal is part of central nervous system. Elevation of intraocular pressure, optic neuritis, ocular trauma, ischemic optic neuropathy, pression of carcinoma and so on can cause optic nerve trauma which may lead to loss of visual acuity and badly prognosis. Therefore, regeneration of optic nerve is always an issue for researchers all over the world. In the domain of neuroscience, to make regeneration of optic nerve is communicated with several problems, such as regeneration of CNS, principle process of nerve activity and injury. To reinforce research on reparation of optic nerve is of great importance for treatment of optic nerve trauma and CNS injury.Nasal-eye disease is important for both opthalmologist and otolaryngologist. Professor guoxuan Bu, demin Han and jiqun Wang have made improvement in this domain. There is complicated neighbourship between nasal cavity and obit. Obit is consisted of frontal bone, cheekbone, ethmoid and so on. The bone wall is thin like paper. Frontal bone, cheekbone and ethmoid are also parts of nasal cavity and obit. The diseases such as inflammation, cyst, trauma and carcinoma may interfere the...
