Experimental Study On The Action And Mechanism Of Shenqidingchuan Decoction To Asthma

After summarized some research progress of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on the etiological factor,pathological mechanism and some treatments of bronchial asthma, the thesis discuss the action and mechanism of asthma treated by Shenqidingchuan decoction.Shenqidingchuan decoction is my tutor's clinical prescription. It could diffuse and downbear lung breath, dispel phlegm and clam pant, support the healthy energy. By establishing asthma model and selecting some parameters closely relative to asthma, we study and discuss the action and mechanism of Shenqidingchuan decoction. In the experiment, on the level of entirety,histocyte,cytokine,inflammatory medium , by means of functional measure,radioimmunassay,histotomy and tinction, we study the action and mechanism of Shenqidingchuan decoction to asthma model. The results show that Shenqidingchuan decoction can restore asthma models' breath function effectively; can obviously restraint airway inflammation , reduce EOS counting in blood plasma and inflammatory infiltration, change IL-4(chemokine of EOS) level in blood serum and enhance SOD archaeus; can remarkably restraint I allergic reaction, decrease IL-4 and IL-6 (B cell reinforcer) level in blood serum, blockage the generator segment of allergic reaction, repress producing allergic medium; can relieve airway remodeling significantly; can improve nervus function, lower NO level in blood serum, recover NANC function of adjusting airway tension and mucus secreting; can reduce asthma models' AHR definitely. So it is clearly that Shenqidingchuan decoction could resistant inflammation,regularize immunoreaction,lighten AHR, and it control airway inflammation in many ways . We hope Shenqidingchuan decoction can be use widely.
