Study On Experience Of Professor Duanfujin Therpying Epigastic Pain

This project is Sub-topic of "research of spreading to accepting academic thought, experience of famous and old doctor on Chinese medicine " for "15" national science and technologies offend a pass plan-The professor Duan Fujin's academic thought and clinical experience research. Through the clinical research of review, with the TCM theory as guide, adopting the observation method, the comparison method and Mathematical Statistics method, we induced and analyzed pattern of treatment based on syndrome differentiation of the famous scholar and doctor of Chinese medicine professor Duan Fujin curing epigastric pain to summarize his academic thought completely.First through documentics study, this research discussed evolution of name, pathogeny, pathogenesis, dialectics the theory cures to divide the type, treatment rule, medicine applied and modern study of epigastic pain, providing a theories basis for sorting and summarizing pattern of treatment based on syndrome differentiation professor Duan Fujin treating epigastic pain.Through retrospective analysis of treatment based on syndrome differentiation method of 586 cases with epigastric pain, and mathematical analysis of statistics of medicine applied of 586 cases of patients, we summarized professor Duan Fujin's academic thought and clinical experience. 1. The differentiation when stressing the distinguish of xu and shi, cold and heat, qi and blood; 2. Refining 16 kinds methods of treatment; 3. carried on a clinical treatment analysis, Xiaopi to relieve pain a method application at most, epigastric pain with weakness of the spleen and stomach,Stagnation of Qi more for see much and have something to do with sex, age, course of illness. 4. There are 142 kinds herbs used by professor Duan Fujin on 586 cases with epigastric pain, in which tonifying and replenishing drugs qi-regulating drug,damp-resolving drug,blood-activating and stasis-dispelling drug has higher frequency of administration. Commonly used drug was divided into 15 categories, by cluster analysis, by factor analysis summarized the 10 factors, suggested 10 Pathogenesis of epigastric pain. 5. accompanied drug used on related diseases of the digestive system with epigastric pain was studied by statistical analysis.By the research we can know professor Duan Fujin has very precious experience and original insight on curing epigastric pain. This research investigated a new thinking and method of researching and inheriting academic thought, clinical experience of famous and old doctor on Chinese medicine, provided a reference further for inherit and developed experience of famous and old doctor.
