The interactive relationship between substantive and non-substantive factor formed a penetration mechanism composed of the elements and promote the development of productivity as the internal driving force. The various elements of the internal social basic contradiction interlock, mutual influence, interact and format mechanism of the contradictions. The contradictory movement between them promotes the development of human society.Interpreting the world is to transform the world. There is the important enlightenment of the motive of society development thought of Marx and Engels for the today’s stage development of China. We must stimulate the main power from the needs and interests in the face of the current situation of low ability of independent creation. Facing the reality of lost momentum of development of productive forces, we must enhance productivity motivation from the aspects of science and education. Since productive forces, production relations and superstructure are not coordinated, we must carry on the comprehensive reform facing the difficulties.
