In nowadays, large data environment has rapidly developed and information network has become increasingly rich and colorful. Meanwhile, the number of internet users,the amount of information for the various web sites and web page are increasing tremendously. As a result, the problems of information imbalance including information explosion, information asymmetry, digital gap, information pollution and information security are intensifying. The information ecological imbalance of network platform leads to recessive effect to the network platform and reduces the efficiency of the network as well. In the report of the 18 th China National Congress of the CPC, the construction of ecological civilization was first placed at the same level with other four major constructions, namely economic, political, cultural and social constructions. Ecological civilization construction has been integrated into the five-inone overall layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics. "Information ecological balance" has become the key word to solve the problem of network platform development.In the field of scientific research, experts and scholars have been actively exploring the ecological development path to build network platform and the effective way to improve the operating efficiency of the network platform. However the current research results generally regard the information ecosystem construction theory as the starting point and concentrate on information ecosystem evaluation only in specific areas. Few works are reported on the general network platform. It is still needed to enhance the systematic theoretical analysis and examples research.With considering the deep construction mechanism and enhancement of the operating efficiency of general network platform, analysis of construction factors, construction mechanism, theoretical model and technical realization of the network platform are deeply studied in this dissertation on the basis of integrated interdisciplinary approaches of ecology, information ecology, system science, computer science and other related theory. Then the analysis of factors affecting the efficiency of the network platform, in-depth analysis of the relationship between influencing factors are conducted. The operational efficiency evaluation system and evaluation model is constructed from the perspective of information ecology. Finally the example verification is implemented by the evaluation of JLU swallow and the modeloperability was improved by the results.As the sub-project of key project of China social science fund "network information ecological chain formation mechanism and evolution law” finished by the Management School of Jilin University,this dissertation is featured with the topic innovations, the research method and the enriching of research in this subject. At the same time, this dissertation is beneficial to solve the existing information ecological imbalance problem of network platform and reasonably construct the network platform architecture with ecological characteristics. At the same time, the real performance and restrictive factors of the operating efficiency of the network platform can be learnt by the network platform operators. The main research contents of this dissertation include:First, the literatures in the fields of existing system science, ecology, information ecology and network platform are reviewed. Then the research elements of this dissertation are summarized. The domestic and foreign scholars have carried out a lot of researches on the topics of construction of information ecosystem, evaluation and information ecological imbalance. The theoretical start point of is dissertation is set via the tracking, the detailed description and the essence learning of the existing research results.Second, the information imbalance phenomenon in construction and operation of the existing network platform is analyzed. The information ecological imbalance and social harm including information overload, information monopoly, information violation and information pollution of the existing network platform are analyzed in detail. The realistic starting point of this dissertation is set via the analysis of the causes of the existing network platform information ecological imbalance from the four dimensions of information environment, information person, information resources and information technology.Third, ecological factors of information person, ecological factors of information resources, ecological factors of information environment and ecological factors of information technology of the components and features of network platform of are deeply analyzed on the basis of the current theoretical research. The ecological factors of information person are divided into natural individual of information person and function individual of information person from the dimensions of the natural attributes.The ecological factors of information person are divided into information producers,information transmitter, information consumers and decomposers from the dimensions of the information role. The information environment is divided into the hardware environment of network platform, as well as the internal and external information environment. Then the competition mechanism, the mechanism of mutual benefit and the co evolution mechanism of the interaction between the information ecological factors are analyzed in detail.Fourth, analysis system balance goals of the network platform is conducted based on systematic principle of network platform in the perspective of information ecology. Then And in the theoretical basis of ecology, the spatial structure, nutrition structure and organization structure of the construction mechanism of information ecology from the perspective of network platform, are sorted. The network platform level, information circulation link and functional unit of the combination of ecological are planned. The macro and micro models of the network platform are constructed in the view of information ecology, and the ecological characteristics, functions and the dynamic construction process of the network platform are described. The realization of the network platform is supported by the aid of big data information technology.The mechanism of the network platform ecological process under the framework of Hadoop technology is described.Fifth, the operational efficiency of the network platform is studied on the basis of the previous research in perspective of information ecology. The characteristics,purpose and principles of the evaluation of operational efficiency are described. The influence of information environment, information resources, information resources,information technology and network platform on the efficiency of network platform is analyzed from the perspectives of structure and function. Then the structure of evaluation index system of network platform’s operational efficiency is designed,which is composed of target layer, five kinds of criteria layer, 13 first class indexes,32 2nd class indexes and 133 3rd level indexes. Definition and measurement methods are defined and designated.Sixth, in order to support the evaluation index system of information network platform in the perspective of ecological efficiency, the evaluation process is divided into three phases and the evaluation is completed by corresponding model.First, the index is weighted via entropy weighting model of evaluation index system.Then the index is measured via PLWAA operator model and the niche model of information function. Finally, the indexes are clustered according to the weight andmeasure results using information niche fitness- grey correlation model. The evaluation results of network platform operation efficiency are output from the perspective of information ecology. The example verification of operation efficiency evaluation index system and evaluation model is carried on from the perspective of information ecology network platform via taking "JLU swallow" network platform as the assessment object.Seventh, the system balance of network platform, network operation and ecological factors are optimized according to the three dimensions of abstract layer,connecting layer and the specific layer on the basis of previous research and the information ecology theory. Thus the ability of self balance and network platform efficiency of the network platform is improved.The performance and efficiency of information transfer of network platform are improved by conducting the research of network platform construction and operation efficiency evaluation from the perspective of information ecology. The balanced state evolution of information ecological factors of network platform is promoted and the imbalance problem of information ecology of network platform is solved. That provides the basis and scientific tool for the sustainable development of network platform.
