Resource Competitiveness Evaluation Research On Integrated Exploration Areas Based On Evidence Theory

In China, recent years, integrated exploration areas are the key mineral exploration region, these projects requires a lot of manpower, material and financial resources. In order to improve the efficiency of resource use, Ministry of Land and Resources need to co-ordinate the planning regional mineral resources exploration and development, so evaluation of comprehensive advantages of integrated exploration areas needed. Resource evaluation methods which are commonly used to need the complete date collection which is difficult in the exploration practice for the reason of progress. At present, traditional resource evaluation methods can’t solve the problem of resource evaluation of this kind of lack of index. At the same time according to the understanding of integrated exploration area is still vague, as with the traditional mineral exploration area compared to the establishment of integrated exploration area has its own uniqueness, so it is necessary to analyze influence factors of competitiveness and establish new evaluation index system.Based on a summary of competitiveness evaluation theories of resources, the exploration of mineral resources value, the economic value of resources, ecological environmental value, resource demand value are considered as the main influence factors resource competitiveness for integrated exploration area, and the writer set up integrated exploration area resource competitiveness evaluation system including a set of 18 indicators. This paper presents a comprehensive evaluation of resource competitiveness model based on the theory of evidence, put forward a set of evaluation indicator data processing scheme for the application of this model, and this model can effectively solve the lack of resources evaluation index.On the basis of evaluation of the module of eight integrated exploration area resource competitiveness has been selected the integrated exploration area resource competitiveness ranking scheme, and results in comparison with other traditional methods have verified the effectiveness of the proposed evaluation model.At last, the author summarizes the innovation and deficiency of this paper, and according to the completion of the process of thinking about some of the problems, put forward several suggestions for the future research on the resource evaluation of the scholars.
