A Study On Collaboration Mechanisms Of Agricultural Products Supply Chain

China is a major country engaged in production, logistics and consumption of agricultural products. Statistics have shown that the gross social logistics values reached 2.63,2.75 trillion Yuan ($) in 2011 and 2012,respectivly,with an average annual growth rate of 8.4% during the year 2000-2012. agricultural products have played an increasing important role in the national system of economics with their steady turnover and value realization.With the development of global economy and complicated external economic environment, the enterprises competition have been gradually transformed into their own supply chain competition. Supply chain management has evolved into the collaborative management mode with global and local optimization and coordination from the distributed management model with local optimization and the centralized management model with global optimization. And its primary goal is not to reduce the cost, but to enhance the quick responsiveness, customer’s satisfaction and whole competitive ability of the supply chain. Supply chain collaboration is the strategic goal t of supply chain management strategies. That is to say, the supply chain will be integrated and collaborated by the collaboration mechanism in the operation process for enhancing the whole competitive ability. Good synergistic effect has been founded and maintained by effective collaboration mechanism.The collaboration mechanism will be studied from the perspective of income and risk allotment, information sharing and trust, with" farmer+company" supply chain as the main research object in agricultural industrialization in China, from the theory like as supply chain management, information collaboration, and grey game, by the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:First, the concept relationship and evolution process have been sorted out and clarified about the agricultural industrialization, "farmers+company" integration, the agricultural products supply chain and so on, and emphatically discussed with the operation mode and the process of the supply chain collaboration of agricultural products, compared distinction of collaboration process between the agricultural products supply chain and the industrial products supply chain.Second, the article makes a comparative analysis of several basic operation mode of agricultural products supply chain at present based on the information entropy theory, empirically analysizes the efficiency of agricultural products logistics in China, and then emphasizes the real significance of the supply chain collaboration of agricultural products.The empirical result shows the uncertainty of supply chain of information flow in the supply chain management is showen as operation efficiency of supply chain operation mode, and the mode of supply chain operation will also affect the information operation in the supply chain. From the results of information entropy of agricultural product supply chain in China, it is reasonable choice for the operation mode of agricultural product supply chain with large-scale retail enterprises and logistics center as core organization at present.Through the analysis of collaboration value model of agricultural product supply chain based on the information theory, between the spot transactions mode and contracts traded mode,the company and farmers will obtain greater collaboration value by the contract transaction mode of agricultural products supply chain. Therefore, an appropriate agricultural products supply chain and collaboration of its operation process especially for the upstream flow, will have certain theory significance and the full real demand for improving the income of the farmers, the stability of supply and demand of agricultural products market.Third, the collaboration mechanism of agricultural products supply chain should be analyzed in the agricultural product specific differences and "option+insurance" conditions based on the domestic typical collaborative mode and the grey game theory, to explore the general mechanism of agricultural products supply chain collaboration in the reasonable allocation of gains and risk.The results show the supply chain collaboration mechanism has been achieved usually by the contract or exclusive investment among the tissues.The price of agricultural products should be forecast reasonably and the incentive and punishment mechanism should be arranged reasonabley to realize the collaboration of agricultural products supply chain when they faced the specific difference and dynamic price environment. The price discovery and hedge of the option, the economic compensation and risk protection of agricultural insurance contribute to docking between "farmers+company" and the option market, to the formation and implementation of income distribution mechanism of agricultural products supply chain collaboration, to stabilizing the production of agricultural products, upgradeing the industrialization of agricultural industry structure.Fourth, supply chain collaboration trust is the category of organizational trust, a commitment to each other facing the future uncertainty and mutual trust, and the foundation of agricultural products supply chain collaboration. this paper discusses the mechanism of trust coordination process of agricultural products supply chain, clarifies the synergy mechanism of stable operation of the agricultural products supply chain based on the "farmer+company" from opportunism prevention, mutual dependence and fair benefit, with five variables like as the government subsidy, profit returning, special loss, insurance premium and the option fee. The results show that the perfection degree of the trust mechanism is a key element in the supply chain cooperative operation.The main agricultural products supply chain modes can maintain good relations of cooperation. it is sound and key for supply chain trust mechanisms. Under dynamic conditions, when the government subsidy,profit returning, special loss,insurance and option are utilized appropriately, "trust" can become an evolutionarily stable strategy in the agricultural products supply chain collaboration, trust performance can be fully played to achieve collaboration interests through the study mechanism.Fifth, information sharing is the foundation to improve the cooperative level, the overall performance and the ability of sustainable development of the supply chain, but the information sharing risk and resistance from uncertainty of supply chain will curb the enthusiasm of the enterprises in information sharing.Therefore, the rational design of the incentive mechanism of information share and the necessary technical means are the key to realize information sharing in the coordination process of agricultural products supply chain.This paper discusses how to improve the incentive mechanism of the agricultural products in supply chain information sharing effort level based on the analysis of the main behavior of the agricultural products supply chain, and then the corresponding theoretical analysis was carried out.The results show that the level effort of information sharing, the coefficient of the incentive, lagged income, effort cost, risk aversion, and outside noise present a certain percentage whether the information is symmetrical or not comprehensive consideration and proper configuration of various coefficients, although the techniques are complicated, the operation is more difficult, contribute to standardizing the external environment of the standardization, improving the overall benefit and stabilizing the partnership of agricultural products supply chain information sharing by obtaining the equilibrium solution.Sixth, the realization process of the agricultural products supply chain collaboration mainly are showen by he benefit sharing, risk sharing, information sharing and trust coordination for the whole supply chain benefit and operation efficiency of synchronous optimization.In the realization of supply chain collaborative process, the reasonable distribution of supply chain revenue risk is collaborative motivation, the trust relationship is the foundation of agricultural products supply chain collaboration, information sharing is a key technology for agricultural products supply chain collaboration.The above three collaborative mechanism embedded in supply chain tactical, strategy layer and strategic layer because of different management objectives, methods and contents. Among them, the distribution mechanism of income and risk, trust mechanism belongs to the levels of supply chain strategic coordination, the distribution mechanism of income and risk is the existence foundation of trust, trust will strengthen and consolidate the rationality of income and risk distribution in turn.Information sharing mechanism belongs to the technology level of supply chain collaboration, and technology link tactics layer with strategy layers.Trust can reduce the cost information sharing, and improve the level of information sharing, and information sharing will be reflected and consolidation trust degree among them.Reasonable distribution of benefits and risks will increase the willingness and ability of information sharing, and reasonable information sharing distribution will reduce or inhibit the information asymmetry and facilitate the return.
