Coal Enterprise Strategic Risk Management And Control Research

This study introduces the coal enterprises in difficulties significance of theconstruction of social economy of our country and the current coal enterprises, combingthe problems existing in coal enterprise strategic management research, the strategicmanagement theory, risk management, decision management theory as the theoreticalbasis, formation mechanism and the development situation of coal industry and thetrend in view of coal enterprise strategic risk, according to the strategic riskidentification, evaluation and and strategic risk control of three steps of China’s coalenterprises strategic risk management and control of construction, introducing strategicrisk of China’s coal enterprises including8level risk indicators and21two level of riskindex, the evaluation index system, evaluation method of TOPSIS entropy evaluationmodel of innovation for coal enterprise strategy based on risk, proposes the coalenterprise strategic risk control study of three steps, to establish the model of strategicrisk decision of coal enterprise, and finally put forward the concrete scheme of coalenterprise decision for risk control.
