Study On Transformation Of Coal Enterprise Development Mode Based On Corporate Social Responsibility

Through theoretical study on corporate social responsibility (CSR), the authorbuilds a development mode of coal enterprises based on CSR. This study explores thecore business transformation path of Chinese coal enterprises under the background ofthe New Normal, in order to realize the high-quality growth and green development.The new development mode of coal enterprises based on CSR emphasizes thedialectical unity of economic demand, social demand as well as environmental demand.By meeting the external demands, the coal enterprises may enhance their corecompetence and reverse the predicament. That means the coal enterprises should payclose attention to the interests of the customers, the shareholders and the partners, meetthe demands of the government, the employees and the community, and carry out safetyproduction as well as conservation of energy, resources and environment. The unity ofthe above three demands conforms to the change of demand-supply structure of coalmarket, which leads to the transformation of development model of coal enterprisesfrom extensive growth to lean production. The new development mode focuses onresponsibility, which requires clear and definite strategic positioning of coal enterprisesmeeting the three minimum demands of economy, society and environment.
