Intense competition and global specialization have changed the enterprises’ traditional competition alone, and made them join the supply chain and cooperate with other enterprises. Partnership is the important link to achieve coordination functioning of supply chain. The supply chain’s development depends on the concerted efforts of all members. Now, the lack of corporate social responsibility(CSR) leads to the frequent occurring of adverse selection and moral hazard behavior, which exacerbates the deterioration of supply chain partnership, harms the interests of supply chain node enterprises and customers, and even the ecological environment construction and sustainable development of the whole society.This paper analyzes the connotation and hierarchy of CSR and supply chain social responsibility(SCSR), constructs the hierarchical sustainable models for CSR and SCSR. Based on CSR, this paper optimizes the partnership and income distribution of supply chain, and analyzes the case with demonstration. The main research work includes:(1) Concept definition of CSR and SCSRBased on current research of CSR, partnership and income distribution of supply chain, this paper clarifies the misunderstanding of CSR, and defines the concept of CSR and the specific obligations. Finally, this paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of SCSR, summarizes the difference between CSR and SCSR, which lays the foundation for further study of stratification research of CSR and SCSR.(2) Stratification research of CSR and SCSRBased on current research of CSR, aiming at the lack of stratification theory of CSR, hierarchical CSR is defined, and a sustainable stratification model of CSR is built in view to provide clear ideas to promote corporate social responsibility. Combining classic status of external events and lack of social responsibility in the supply chain, this paper analyzes the causes of SCSR, and builds a sustainable stratification of SCSR, which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent research on partnerships and interests distribution of supply chain.(3)Optimization of partner selection and relationship of supply chain based on CSRThis paper analyzes the role of CSR in the supply chain management partnership, makes a quantitative analysis of the performance level CSR, and constructs the game model of supply chain partners. With the CSR factor, this paper analyzes the CSR requirements of different types of cooperation partner selection, and puts forward some optimization strategy of the cooperative relationship in the supply chain from the perspective of CSR.(4)Revenue distribution of the supply chain based on corporate social responsibilityRevenue model and distribution of the supply chain cooperation of four cases with Shapley value are constructed with CSR factor in view of the reality problem of the supply chain income distribution, and combined with the fulfill levels of CSR. On this basis, this paper analyzes the essence of the relationship between CSR and the revenue of the whole supply chain and the node enterprises, which provides valuable reference for the research and practice of supply chain optimization and promotion of corporate social responsibility.(5) Case Study——Wal-Mart’s CSR fulfilling and partner relationship optimization and Revenue sharingThis paper analyzes the Wal-Mart’s missing of CSR from the early post-stratification to the fulfilling of CSR, and the partnership with the general partner—— Procter & Gamble,from competition to cooperation, from the general partners to strategic partners, from the fight of interests conflicts to interests sharing, and provides a reference model for medium-sized and small enterprises to fulfill CSR and optimize the supply chain partnership.
