the pattern of financial development as the research subject.The core of this article are to analyze and research the problem is the financial structure and financial development mode of interaction problems.About the problem can be analyzed from four aspects, namely the financial structure is the physical basis of the change of the pattern of financial development and realistic premise;Financial development is the starting point and end-result of financial structure adjustment;With scientific and reasonable way of financial development leading financial structure adjustment;Should rely on the financial structure adjustment to realize financial development way transformation so as to shape a kind of scientific way of financial development.This paper firstly combed the theory of financial development and financial development and financial structure theory of literature.And then studied the goldsmith’s theory of financial structure and financial development and Qinxian Bai’s theory of
