The enterprise cluster, as a remarkable development pattern, has gradually become a common phenomenon in the process of modern industry and internationalization. The competition and cooperation (coopetition) relationship in the enterprise clusters has always been a major problem, and the evolution of coopetition relationship and the impact of enterprise cluster evolution are dynamic process. This thesis adopts differential dynamic system model to describe the evolution process; through system modeling and model analysis, the influence of different types of enterprise clusters and different intensity of competition and cooperation cluster development have been revealed. Therefore, this thesis studies the following problems systematically:Two-dimensional framework of the good coopetition relationship is created to study the causes of coopetition relationship between enterprises in the cluster. And the characteristics and types of enterprises coopetition are established and analyzed. In addition, the coopetition relationship characteristics of network enterprises cluster and center satellite enterprises cluster are discussed.Considering the effect of coopetition strategy bringing to the enterprise itself, a differential dynamic model of the evolution of clusters on the basis of determined coopetition relationship has been established. By analyzing the stability of the cluster systems and numerical simulation, the influential factors of cluster evolution trend has been studied. The coopetition strategy for achieving the overall advantages of clusters has been analyzed.A fuzzy differential dynamic model of the evolution of clusters on the basis of undetermined coopetition relationship has been built. The corresponding methods of model analysis and numerical simulation are proposed, and the degree of competition strength effects on cluster evolution in qualitative language is intuitively described.The actual coopetition coefficient between enterprises by data inversion is estimated, cases of characteristics of the competition between enterprises are analyzed.This thesis provides theoretical support for cluster management and decision making. Meanwhile, it has the important practical significance for guiding enterprises to use coopetition strategy and enhancing the competitiveness of the cluster.
