Manufacturing is the important support and basis for the development of the economy as a whole,and the auto industry occupies the core in manufacturing. In 2013, the added value of China’s automobile industry reached 860.62 billion yuan, account for 1.66% of national GDP, Off sales reached 22.1168 million cars and 22.1168 million cars, up 14.8% and 13.9%, refresh the global production and sales record again.However, China’s auto industry from the dream of power also has very big disparity.The focus of the future automobile industry will be handling the balance between the growth and quality benefit. According to Gartner released 2015 annual about emerging technology maturity curve report, After assessed more than 2000 types of emerging technologies market, maturity, commercial applications and future development in the field of 112, we considered mobile, cloud, social, big data link to each other and combination will be a huge power, create a huge new business opportunities, is bound to the road of going digital. The digitization of the auto industry, must rely on the information technology industry, the coupling of both development creating the conditions for the realization of industrial 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing.This paper carried out research work around the intelligent manufacturing of automobile industry, mainly including:(1)China’s auto industry and information technology industry development present situation, operation performance, etc;(2)The Coupling relationship between automobile industry and information technology industry in China, the degree of Coupling(Coupling), shadow, etc;(3)The main factors affecting China’s auto industry innovation;(4)Enterprise use "Sstem Lifecycle Management "(SysLM) the path of realizing intelligent manufacturing;(5)Major foreign auto power and enterprise through industrial coupling to realize intelligent manufacturing experience;Through the research, this thesis concludes the main research results include:1、From the theoretical level, there is a strong coupling relationship between China’s automobile industry and the information technology industry. Among them, the coupling correlation degree is 0.49. Show that Auto industry and information technology industry is a moderate coupling phase at present,and are in the early stage of development. The coupling of both sustainable development degree is 0.74, Show that Auto industry and information technology industry is moderate development stage at present, there is great potential for development. From the point of practical objective data, also verified the accuracy of the results of the study.2、From the practice level, auto industry and the coupling of the information technology industry, mainly reflected in three aspects,are:(1)Automobile products will become the Internet terminals,under the power of hardware and software system will be more intelligent, and become the core of the car networking;(2)The manufacturing mode in auto production enterprises will usher in change, will take the consumer as the center, with the help of the reconfigurable manufacturing system, realize the ersonalized manufacturing;(3)Car companies and the trend of information technology permeate each other is more obvious, The degree of penetration and scope are wider, both will form the new ecological system that represented by car networking under the coupling development.3、Atomobile enterprise use system lifecycle management to realize digital enterprise. Enterprise digital includes three aspects, namely, Intelligent Supply Chain, intelligent manufacturing and the intelligent management. Data assets and intangible assets, fixed assets will become the most important assets of the enterprise, along with all the enterprise data platform will be connected to the suppliers, producers, consumers medium.4、There is a big difference on intelligent manufacturing capability of China’s major provinces and administrative regions. Nationwide, in overall low level of overall intelligent manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing of the comprehensive factor score greater than zero only has 11. From the point of individual, public factor score of positive province only has guangdong, Shanghai, most of China’s intelligent manufacturing overall efficiency is not high, most of the provincial-level administrative region in the development of intelligent manufacturing is not balanced.Through theoretical analysis and empirical test, this paper from two aspects put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions, mainly including:1、Government level. Strengthen the policy-making of the industry coupled aspects, for realize fast, high-quality coupling to create an environment and conditions. Actively fostering the development of industrial robots and other intelligent manufacturing surrounding industries; Establish a standardized terms and rules and build a data simulation system for car networking etc new ecological, strengthen the infrastructure and strengthen international cooperation.2、Enterprise level. Enterprise level is divided into automobile enterprises and information technology. Automotive Enterprises should use "system lifecycle management" as the goal, Continue to strengthen the construction of the integrated information system, Strengthen the cultivation of cross-disciplinary type talent; Strengthen with cloud computing, big data as the core of the construction of enterprise digital platform; according to own ability and advantage, to develop the field of automobile products of information technology. Information technology enterprise is based on the core competitiveness that in itself has been established, playing the advantages of information technology enterprises,using the technology gradually become part of the car networking system.
