Quantum Information Science is a new subject, developing rapidly and attracting more and more attention for its potential importance. It is produced by syncretizing quantum theory and information science, characterized by that quantum states are information carrier. It has, in quantum information processing, many traits which do not exist in classical information processing for different rules between quantum theory and classical physics, such as coherent superposition property of quantum state and no-cloning theorem. These properties cause that quantum information can evolve in a parallel direction and that quantum cryptography is developed for no-cloning quantum. Our society is in the era of information explosion and the birth of quantum information science contributes to sketch a fascinating blueprint for the future information science.Quantum communication is one of the important questions in quantum information theory. Now, optical communication technology used today is the application based on the wave properties of the photon.The paper, resorting to wave-particle duality, studies and demonstrates the theory in which soliton modulates the quantum states, with expectations to make breakthrough at the point that fiber communication system is based only on the theory of the wave property of the photon.It has been found that optical pulse in the form of soliton follows the same Schrodinger equation with quantum states and that this discovery is the kernel of the thesis. Quantum optical communication is a new science branch recently, much of the content is waited to be supported and reinforced by theories. However it is still an important problem how to transmit quantum states in fiber, which needs to solve the bad influences of the intrinsic properties of fiber on quantum states and to consider difficulties that may be encountered in the course of transmission. Moreover quantum optical communication is applied only in the secret communication because quantum states are different from the form of the classical information.
