With the main oil fields gradually entrance to the high water exploitation moment, more and more electrical submersible pumping is widely used and has become the main way of oil extraction by machine. At the same time, how to use the electrical submersible pumping much better, and make it run effective, enhance the oil yield was pay attention to in recent years. As the main subassembly of the electrical submersible pumping, the capability of the well gas-liquid separator will affect the efficiency of the electrical submersible pumping. Because of the problem of the singleness of the size and low separate efficiency, the result of intermission in the production of the oil and the shortage of system efficiency and the short period the check-pumping was brought, and more affect the use of electrical submersible pumping. In the paper, aimed at the main questions in using and produce of the well gas-liquid separator, by the research of theory and experiment of the well gas-liquid separator, found the well gas-liquid separation model based on the two-fluid model equations, and simulate the capability of the well gas-liquid separator using the model equations, finding the two-fluid movement disciplinarian of the well gas-liquid separator. In this paper, the research is the main content of "the water power analysis of high efficiency well gas-liquid separator" that is the collaboration scientific research subject of Southwest Petroleum Institute and Oil Extraction Technology Research Institute of Zhong Yuan oil field.The main characteristics of the research in the paper are as follows:(1) The use of well gas-liquid separator was investigated and analyzed thoroughly through the a wide range of literature, the design status quo and advanced technology of well gas-liquid separator, the problems of existing well gas-liquid separator were founded, the concrete research project of well gas-liquid separator were brought forward according the status quo of well gas-liquid separator and the situation of ZPEB.(2) The advanced mechanical design and automation software were used for the structure research of gas-liquid separator. The structure research of well gas-liquid separator was developed, the 3d model, structure assemble and interference examination of QYF-98X-N8 and QYF-98X-N9 well gas-liquid separators of ZPEB were completed.(3) In the paper ,the two-liquid model equations are found based on the two-liquid basic movement method .finally ,the control equations and RNG k -s model of two-liquid model are deduced .and the liquid separation model of gas-liquid separator was found firstly.(4) The flow field numerical value simulation procedure of gas-liquid separator was developed using the Visual Basic 6.0 and Matlock 6.1 .The liquid principle and separation characteristic of gas-liquid separator can be demonstrated with it..(5) Through the analysis of numerical value simulation of different structure of gas-liquid separator under different conditions .The structure parameter, separation efficiency and the relationship of gas-liquid ratio of gas-liquid separator were found .It provide the basic theory for perfect structure design of gas-liquid separator.(6) Completing the design of the well gas-liquid separator test-bed, machining or debugging and different function test of gas-liquid separator , validating the correctness of the established fluid calculating model, offering test bases of the existing gas-liquid separator optimize and new type gas-liquid separator empoldering. A position from test, analyzing fluid law of gas-liquid-two-phase flow, correcting theory maths model of the gas-liquid separator.(7) Utilizing simulation results and modern machine design theory or method, completing the structure design of the new well gas-liquid separators, by the well gas-liquid separator experiment device, completing the ruction appraise of the new well gas-liquid separators.In a sum, by the study of this paper, establishing perfectable design theory and method of the gas-liquid separator.
