Substation training and simulation system can build and reflect a same or highly similar system in the real station environment such as the running state and the accident scene, which provides operational substation equipment. And then it explains the operation principle, regular switching operation and the processing of sudden accident. It has become the most effective training tools to improve the technical level of substation stuff and ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system because of its realistic simulation environment and excellent training function.According to the request of substation training and simulation system that is"priority choose the real devices(protection equipment and automatic device),try to ensure the simulation in keeping with real system",which is come up with by the power training department. The following work is made in this paper.First, the technology needs of the simulation system are analyzed and combing with the technical characteristics of the primary simulation part, the design and implementation of the overall scheme is put forward. The judgement method of the primary system operating mood is discussed, and fault transfer methord is adopted to simplify the internal simulation model of the substation and a pre-simulation strategy is raised which based on action signal that come from the real devices in order to reduce computation time and achieve the purpose of real-time simulation.Second, based on phasor method, the simulation thoughts and implementation plan on the primary system of substation is being researched. The equipment model of swiCTh, transformer, bus and lines in the primary system and the fault model and the solving methods of phasor algebraic equations are discussed in the paper. With the signal phasor when the state of primary system changes as is its pre-simlation condition, an implementing schene of using signal synthesis technology, generated the analog signal of VT voltage and CT current in real-time is come up with.Furthermore, the simulation thoughts and implementing schene of the primary system base on the difference method are studied. The substation transformer, lines and motor transient module are discussed. To make the transient model of primary system suitable for the parallel computing, asynchronous substitution and line distributed parameter model is used to cut the primary system into several sub-network, and the stability conditions of asynchronous substitution method is demonstrated in the paper. According to the problem that it would exceeds the simulation step when parameters in simulation model changes, the combination of advanced and lagging real-time simulation pre-simulation scheme and a buffered output mechanism of VT voltage and CT current are put forward.Finally, on the basis of the analysis of digital substation IEC61850 standard bus process level, after the discussion of the characteristics of simulation and the feasible implementation on digital substation, the sample message and the reception and transmission methods of GOOSE message is given in the end.
