| Background:With the development of society and improvement of work press, third lumbar transverse process syndrome is a familiar chronic lumbago disease. In long period, international and domestic scholars try to create many treatment method of third lumbar transverse process syndrome, as Physical therapy, Blocking thera, acupuncture therapy, operation, and Medication. Although those methods had gotten certain curative effect, some of them are too complex and some of them are larger invasive methord.There are many problems. Linggui Bafa is a therapy that was created by ancestor, and is a acupuncture therapy that follows the days, time and gua and embody the principle of correspondence between man and universe. In the clinical practice, Linggui Bafa own the double function, health care and treatment, for the small and quality point selection and convenience and safety operation. So, It is the study's ojective that observing the clinical effect of using Linggui Bafa treating third lumbar transverse process syndrome, and proving the theoretical basis for increasing the treat effect by using acupuncture, decreasing the treat time, emboding the principle of correspondence between man and universe.Objective:After treating third lumbar transverse process syndrome by Linggui Bafa fit routine needling, separately applicating Linggui Bafa and routine needling, the each effects about clinical effect, waist pain degree and waist activity degree(the distance difference of index finger to ground comparing standing position to back anteflexion, hypsokinesis and left(right) lateroflexion) would be compared. Though the results, we will discuss the particularity of treating third lumbar transverse process syndrome by Linggui Bafa, and hope providing a better therapy that more simple, more faster and more effect.Methods:The 90 patients with third lumbar transverse process syndrome diseases were divided into three groups.It is a random, single-blind and controlled trail.(1) The first group (Patients in the treatment group were treated with Linggui Bafa):the bilatera opening points selecting by Linggui Bafa sum the combination points are four. In the way that firstly acupunctureing the opening point, and then acupunctureing the combination points (first left, thenright).Collocation:gongsun-neiguan;waiguan-zulinqi;houxi-shenmai;lieq ue-zhaohai. way ".doctor operates the skill of fast perpendicular insertion,lift thrust Reinforcing Reducing, mild reinforcing and attenuating. Before the treatment, the difference that the distance change of index finger to ground comparing standing position to back anteflexion, hypsokinesis and left(right) lateroflexion by multiple comparing rank sum test had no statistical significance (P>0.05);After the treatment, the difference that the distance change of index finger to ground comparing standing position to back anteflexion, hypsokinesis and left(right) lateroflexion on third group and others had noticeable statistical significance (P<0.01); the difference that the distance change of index finger to ground comparing standing position to back anteflexion, hypsokinesis and left(right) lateroflexion on first group and second group had statistical significance (P<0.05).5. Before the treatment, the difference that each grade of waist pain by multiple comparing rank sum test had no statistical significance (P >0.05);After the treatment, the difference that each grade of waist pain on third group and others had noticeable statistical significance (P<0.01); the difference that waist pain degree on first group and second group had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusions:1. The therapeutic efficacy of Linggui Bafa fit routine needling is better than the methods of Linggui Bafa and routine needing in treating third lumbar transverse process syndrome. 2. The therapeutic efficacy of Linggui Bafa is better than the efficacy of routine needing in treating third lumbar transverse process syndrome.3. The therapeutic method of Linggui Bafa fit routine needling has great Clinical significance. It is a better therapy that more simple, more faster and more effect.
