Results showed: HLQJ mixture group got 60.87% prominent effec- tive rate in blood pressure ?reducing, with a tolal effective rate of 91 .30%, which was is prior to the control evidently (P < 0.05). Furthermore, 24h -. daytime~ night systolic and diastolic pressure was both lowed prominently. After 3 6h, the level of the blood pressure is on the lowest point. The HLQJ mixture can improve the symptoms of whole body, diastolic function of left ventricle and myocardical ischenria, put right the metabolism disorder of blood lipid and blood sugar, reduce blood viscosity. Animal ex- periment indicates: IJLQJ mixture can aslo lower the blood pressure of SHR, appearing evident time ?effect and dosage ?effect relation, it can descend plasma ET ?1 and as- cend sernm NO, and balance the former and the latter. It has marked effects of anti ? oxidation, inhibitting lipid per ?oxidation, anti ?inflammation factor injury. It also can lower the level of plasma vasopression II , inhibit the activity of RAS system, in- hibit the expression of growth ?promotting factors bFGF and K1 ?7 in the aortic wall, reduce vascular injury, so protecting the vessels of heart and brain from.
