The Qghxr Medicine Corneal Penetrating Incision Experimental Study On Effects

Objective: To observe the effect of Chinese Medicine of Qingganhuoxue (清肝活血中药 ) on the healing and scar in corneal incision of orbbit, and study the mechanism of it initially. Methods: (1) By the rabbit model of corneal incision, sixty-seven rabbits (134 eyes) were devided into negative control group, Qingganhuoxue group with high dose, Qingganhuoxue group with low dose, and positive control group at random, killed rabbits according the plan.The degrees of corneal incision edema, exudation, inflammation, the healing process of epithlium, stroma, Descemet's membrane, endothelium were observed dynamically. The thickness of corneal scar, the stromal black degree, the dimension, the density, the scattered degree of stromal cell and the angle of corneal collagenous fibers were measured quantitatively using Alizarin Red staining, hematoxylin and eosin(HE) staining, MSB staining, AB staining, immunochemistry FN staining with computer image analysis system and stereology. And measured the index of hemorheology using the cordis blood of rabbits. (2) By the rat and the mouse model of acut inflammation, and the rat model of subacute inflammation, the influence of Qingganhuoxue on the acute and subacute inflammation were observed.ResuIts: The degrees of corneal edema, exudation and inflammation, the thickness of corneal scar, stromal black degree, the dimension, the density, the scattered degree of stromal cell and the angle of corneal collagenous fibers were lower in the Qingganhuoxue groups than those in both negative and positive control groups. The healing of epithlium, stroma, Descemet's membrane, endothelium were faster in Qingganhuoxue groups than those in the control groups.FN was lower in the later healing period. Conclusion: Qingganhuoxue can alleviate notably the inflammation of corneal incision, and improve concrescence of corneal incision and decrease corneal scar, by alleviating acute and subacute inflammation, improving hemorheology, and two-way adjusting cornealhealing process.
