Part One: Nanometer superparamagnetic iodized oil preparation for the study of the heating effect in vitroPurpose : To synthesize nanometer superparamagnetic iodized oil(NSIO), and detect it heating effect under AC magnetic field in vitro, select proper concentration NSIO and ideal AC magnetic field for the experiment of hyperthermia in vivo.Material and Methods: NSIO was made up of superparamagnetic nanoparticles and ultra fluid iodized oil, the superparamagnetic nanoparticles were synthesized by co-precipitation and then combined with ultra fluid iodized. Transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffractometer and collision magnetic power measurement devices were used to detect the NSIO. Two kind of homemade AC magnetic field were fabricated for these experiments. One is the multiturn coil-type AC generator (magnetic filed amplitude of 7KA/m and frequency of 63KHz, A magnetic filed), the another is gape-type AC generator (magnetic filed amplitude of 30KA/m and frequency of 55KHz, B magnetic filed). The SAR of different concentration between 1%-17% NSIO were measurement in the A magnetic filed, and the relationship between the concentration and SAR of NSIO were observed. The heat generating capacity of different concentration NSIO(10mg, 20mg, 50mg) in different AC magnetic field( A magnetic field and B magnetic field ) were compared in vitro. The speed and amplitude of heat generating were analysed by recording the temperature-time curves. Results: The diameter of ferromagnetic particles were 8 to 12 nanometer and it was diffused well in the NSIO, the NSIO has superparamagnetic behavior. The SAR did not change with the concentration of the NSIO, in this experiment the average SAR of NSIO is 139 w/g ( in A magnetic field ). The heat generating capacity of NSIO in B magnetic field was superior to that of A magnetic field obviously, the speed and amplitude of heat generating was positive correlation with the concentration of ferromagnetic particles.Conclusion: The property of NSIO is stabilization, It's SAR and heat generating capacity in vitro is satisfied. The heating effect of NSIO in vivo deserves further studies.
