With the development of society, some worrying phenomena, such as pollution, radical competition trends toward ascending, which damage people's health seriously. More and more researchers pay attention to the psychosocial influence on health now. GANYU, as a new focus in TCM, it is one of the most common syndrome which refers to diseases of functional disorder of body and mind. The sexual ratio of GANYU (male to female) is 1 to 4. There is a closely link between GANYU and emotion, social character of human being. Many study of GANYU just point to animal or one simple syndrome at present, but not to human being. That is to say, there is few researches on the change of mechanism and the state of spirit and body of GANYU patients. Some fruits indicate that GANYU patients are all in a disorder condition of NEI (neuroendocrine immune) net.TCM has its superiority in modulating NEI net. Based on the theory of Mind and body, nature and human being are both in harmony in TCM, and the theory of psychosomatics, psychological behavioral medicine in modern medicine, this article researches on GANYU syndrome with the methods of clinical epidemic research and experimental research. Through clinical epidemic research, we can understand the state of spirit and body of GANYU patient, find out the link between GANYU syndrome and personality, abnormal state of mind, and grasp the change of mechanism and incident factor. Through experimental research, we can find out the function of CHANGYUFANG preparation in modulating NEI net of GANYU patient.This thesis includes three parts: theoretic research, clinical epidemic research and experimental research. / The theoretic researchFirst, we conclude tutor's theory and clinical experience of GANYU; second, we narrate thoroughly the modulation of liver can dredge the whole body; third, we research on the formation, efficiency of CHANGYUFANG preparation. 2 The clinical epidemic researchWe have a clinical epidemic research on 168 female GANYU patient who belong to GANYU syndrome with the method of multiple-scale (including GANYU question, EPQ-RSC, SCL-90) .2.1 analysis of syndrome of female GANYU patientThis research includes 10 TCM disease and 12 modern disease, refers to 7 differential sub-syndrome of GANYU. 12.5 percent patients can be interpreted by a simple syndrome, but others should be interpreted by multiple syndrome. We can indicate that GANYU is not just one simple syndrome, but a complicated syndrome, which showed the immersion or transformation of two or more syndrome.2.2 analysis of psychological state of female GANYU patientThere is a notable disorder of psychological state in female GANYU patient. 47.6 percent patients are intraversion, 33.3 percent are extraversion, 89.3 percent are neuroticim, (and 62.7 percent are showed especially notable) . Obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and hostility arethe main portion of disorder emotional state in female GANYU patients. Compared with the national widenormal model, the difference is significant (P<0.05) .2.3 analysis of link between change of mechanism and incident factorThe change of mechanism in GANYU patient is a mobile, complicated process. It can be infected by many factors, such as age, suffering time, life evident, based mechanism and personality, etc. Negative life evident is the main intra incident factor of GANYU, unstable emotion is the main extra incident factor, and other factors, such as age, suffering time and based mechanism can all influent the trend of GANYU.
