Yangshou Dan (YSD), a famous decoction in ancient Prescriptions Drug Institution, is mainly composed of Radix Morindae Officinalis, Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, Herba Cistanches, Radix Polygoni Multiflori, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizorna Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Poria, Radix Polygalae, Rhizoma Acori Tataronowii, etc. Zhaosheng Huang professor reconstructed the prescription in oreder to treat AD which possess the function for tonifying kidney-essence, promoting blood circulation and resolving sputum, restoring consciousness and inducing resuscitation, and gain obviously clinical effect. Experiment research indicate thar YSD can promote the average number and percentage of correct reaction, and can reduce memory delitescence of mouse model which duplicated by anisodine and hyoscine hydrobromide. YSD can improve the study memory of AD mouse model combined with Meynert core destroyed which have subac caducity caused by peritoneal injection with D- galactose,and can promote the content of monoamine neurotransmitter in different brain area. All research demonstrate that YSD can improve pathological changes of AD.In order to observe the mechanism and the action of YSD on the prevention and treatment of AD,we retrieve the literature about AD and summarized it.We found that the nosogenesisof AD was widely payed closely attention: Amount of experimental research data show that inflammation process play a very important character during the process of AD.There are obviously nonspecific immunity inflammation reaction in AD patientbrain,and play a part in formative of plaque.The main reflections are the promotion of TL-6,TL-1 and TNF- α inflam factor,the over activation of gitter cell and astrocyte which generate Toxic substance and P -amidon protein.participate in neuronal degeneration; Treatment for AD using NSAED and sterin antiphlogiston will decrease the chanciness of AD.NSAID can abaissement the assemble of A P ;Not only affect the reproduction neural circuit to influence the procedure of reproduction.bu also affect the study and memory neural circuit to influence studying and memory,and have intimate relationship with many central nervous system diseases; Not only estrogen replacement therapy have utility on AD,but also it can prevent AD and delay the invasion age.We found after summarizing the pre research result that YSD can influence periph immune function by affecting the blood level of IL-1 and IL-6.The function of traditional Chinese herhs adjust neuroendocrine-immune network is affirmative.This kind of adjust function get a widely using in anti-aging,anti-stress and treating climacteric syndrome,which espress the entirety adjust function of TCM.So it has a very high academic value and widely in-service use if we demonstrate the mechanism treating AD with TCM from entral nerve immune inflammatory reaction and entral nerve protect systemIn this research,we established AD rat model which was injected with A P 1-40 in brain.To consider ageing is the found of AD,so 24 months age old rats has been selected to establish the model.In the ecperiment we observe the Morris water maze behavior, morphology and biochemical indicator.The final result indicate that the model not only gain the defilade of cognition,but also have colloid cell proliferation in hippocampus and amount of ellula nervosa degeneration, lipofuscin increasing, synaptic structure changingand the IL-6 level heighten in hippocampus.All data indicated that A P have toxic action on central nervous system.;This model reflect the defilade of cognition and immune inflam pathology changing in some degree; A P injection rats model is fit for the research on A P deposite,neurotoxic effect and gitter cell inflam reaction.We also observe the effect on CNS immunocell and cell factor of AD rats model treated with YSD .We found that YSD can oppose the nerve apomorphosis and necrosis caused by P -protein, accrementition and activation can be refrain obviously too.All above indicate that YSD can restrain CNS immunocell inflam reaction, oppose the nerve apomorphosis and necrosis to treat AD.In order to observe the mechanism of neuro-immuno-modulation caused by YSD.we also observed the effect on the function of hippocampus.We found that A P injection rat model have low NPY release in hippocampus.This will cause the abaissement of PAA activation, low level of ACTH and CN level in blood and spleen macrophage accrementition and activation.YSD can increase the release of NPY,through this procedure the PAA will be activated,and cause the high level of ACTH and CP in blood,recover the immune function/This indicate that TSD can adjust immune system function by control hippocampus-NPY-PAA.The cognition's improvement of A P injection rat model treated by YSD have close relationship with the increasing release level of NPY.For the adverse reaction of treating AD with ERT and educe the entirety adjust function of TCM,we also observe the influence on glia cell and cell factor in hippocampus of caponise rat.We found that caponise will initiate nerve apomorphosis ,glia cell proliferation and immune reaction of CNS.YSD can increase the...
