Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Qdbs Phlegm Obstruction And Biological Factors Related Airway Remodeling

1 Objective:1.1 To observe the effect of FEIKANG granule directed by the method of YIQI HUOXUEH UATAN on the QIXU XUEYU TANZU syndrome of COPD.1.2 To studying the therapeutic mechanism of the method of YIQI HUOXUE HUATAN to treat COPD.1.3 To ascertain the relativity between the QIXU XUEYU TANZU syndrome and molecular biology index on Airway remodeling, pulmonary function.2 Methodaccording to random, double blind, double imitate and control principle, 60 patients with COPD at stationary phase (level 0-Ⅲ) were divided into therapeutic group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). 30 control group patients:0 grade doesn't giving drug, grade I gives Ventolin 200ug, tid, gradeⅡgives adds Atrovent 40ug,tid. gradeⅢadds Pulmicort Turbuhaler, 200ug,bid. Therapeutic group takes orally FEIKANG granule, 1 big bid inside above treatment. Comparing the change between pro and after treatment about H,ALN,PIIIP,TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-8, pulmonary function and TCM syndrome.3 Results3.1 After treatment the change of L,NPCⅢ,IL-1,IL-8 in experimental group has statistics significance, therapeutic group had the better effect in decreasing the levels of IL-8, HA, LN, PⅢC and improving the quality of life of the COPD than the therapy used in the control group. The TCM syndrome scores decrease therapeutic group distinctly.3.2 There are significant changes of pulmonary function in Therapeutic group after treatment.3.3 FEV1/FVC has correlations with QIXU SHENYANGXU FEIQIXU syndrome, furthermore get FEV1/FVC=0 -0.954* qixu -1.186* shenyangxu+1.059* shenyinxu +68.458;There are correlations not only between QIXU and HA,XUEYU and LN,,Q IXUXUEYU,TANZU and quality of life but every TCM syndrome as well.3.4 FEV1/FVC,FEV1/ FEV1Pre was significantly correlative with that of TNF-α,IL-1,IL-8 between before and after treatment, HA was significantly correlative with that of LN,PCⅢ.4 Conclusion4.1 The results indicated that FEIKANG granule has the effect on increasing the quality of life of the COPD, decreasing symptom, improving pulmonary function.4.2 at the same time the therapeutic mechanism is anti-inflammatory and lowing the space of airway remodeling, all of these certify that TCM is validity and...
