Preliminary Study Of Primary Liver Cancer Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Of Latent Variable Analysis And Its Biological Basis

Objective:To approach the method which was used as determining the standard of the chinese medical science differentiation of symptoms and signs of primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC)and to establish the construction equations of five kinds of syndrome penthemeron firstly,the analysis of latent variance technology was applied. The study on the relationship between the type of syndrome of chinese medical science and sings and symptoms of chinese medical science,as well as the state of immune function and Liver function,the index of hepatic fibrosis. The relationship between AFPmRNA,IGFIImRNA,GGTmRNA and different chinese medical science syndrome penthemeron was also studied.Methods:On the basis of identifying the diagnostic and exclusion criteria,pretest differentiation of symptoms and signs was performed. At the same time clinical epidemiology survey methods were adopted. At first,the information of chinese medical science four methods of examination of PHC was collected. The sings and symptoms,the distribution of type of syndrome and stage were analyzed by descriptive statistics method. The correlation between type of syndrome and sings and symptoms were analyzed by binary logistic stepwise regression analysis method. The construction equations of syndrome penthemeron was established by LISREL software.Secondly,the sings and symptoms of medical doctor in PHC were recorded. By means of medical doctor sings and symptoms as dependent variable and chinese medical science type of syndrome as independent variable,the binary logistic stepwise regression was preformed. And the differentiation of symptoms and signs method of conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine was drawed off in analyzing medical doctor sings and symptoms.The macroscopy syndrome construction model of chinese medical science was constructed by LISREL software,and the fitting test was used to inspection the model. Thirdly,the clinical laboratory index of patients were collected. To found the feature of microcosmic analysis in the syndrome,the syndrome group'laboratory index compared to non the syndrome group. The binary logistic stepwise regression analysis was equally adopted to determine the correlate laboratory index of chinese medical science type of syndrome. The latent variables which were laboratory index as independent variable were analyzed by the methods of factor analysis.Then the microcosmic syndrome differentiation model of chinese medical science type of syndrome was established by LISREL software. The study objects were of hepatic blood stasis lock,deficiency of spleen-QI and hepatochlic hygropyrexia, who were determined by chinese medical science differentiation of symptoms and signs of PHC.
