Emotional subject in the medical disciplines as a new branch.Emotional correlation diseases related to the certification of basic and clinical research is still in its relatively weak position.Chinese medicine clinical cases are a vivid reflection of medicao activities and doctors'thoughts.They are also a combination of concepts,reason,meaning and medicine upon the response of a specific symptom.By collecting and analyzing the data of medicine cases,we can summary the previous clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment,rich and develop TCM theory.This thesis is based on the medical records of Qing Dynasty.We have compiled 38 volumes and 462 medical records of Qing Dynasty .From the disease's etiology, pathogenesis,differentiation of syndromes(bian zheng)and principles of treatment,we have conducted extensive research.According to the work we can summarize the rules of syndrome and treatment in emotional correlation diseases.1.ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is analyzed the medical records of Qing Dynasty and mining the rule of syndrome and treatment of emotional correlation diseases.2.MethodsThis study has build the database of text and structure on the medical records in emotional correlation diseases of Qing Dynasty and used the frequency analysis,the factor analysis,the connectong analysis to analyze the diseases'medical records distribution,species distribution,gender and age distribution,inducement,pathogenesis distribution,differentiation of symptoms and sign,medicine,etc.3.Results1) The medical records of emotional correlation diseases in Qing Dynasty distributed enenly in the early, mid-and late Qing Dynasty.The thinking that motional leading to disease has been proved well receiced by the doctors in Qing Dynasty.2)The types of disease is up to 65.It has shown that motional leading to disease is breadth and complexity.3) In the records of patients with gender, age and other general distribution of the results have shown that different gender and age of susceptibility vary in the motional leading to disease. 4)From the onset emergency's results,we have find that the acute and chronic onset have closely related to different diseases. In the impact of emotional factors, mixed emotions is the incidence of major factors.This have proved mixed emotion leading to the diseases in the motional leading to disease.5)It has few records of the type of tongue and pulse in Qing Dynasty,and the tongue's studing results have shown that heat syndrome is the important in the motional leading to disease. The strings pulse is the highest frequency,it has shown that loss of freedom in liver and obstructs qi dynamic were the main pathogenesis in emotional correlation diseases.6) The Somatic symptoms is more than symptoms of consciousness in the symptoms results.It has shown that the clinical manifestations was characteristics of diversity in emotional correlation diseases.At the same time it has confirmed the emotional correlation diseases is closed to liver.7)The heat syndrome cold syndrme haven't suitable for use to emotional correlation diseases,because emotional correlation diseases is more compplicated.There are no obvious difference between deficiency syndrome and excess syndrome.In the differentiation of syndrome according to the state of qi-blood-bodyfluid,qi-blood congetion is the most distribution.It has proved that disorders of qi is the main factors in emotional correlation diseases. At the same time it has confirmed the emotional correlation diseases is closed to liver.8)Reducing heat and supplementary method have used more in emotional correlation diseases'treatment.This has shown that the heat and zangfu weakness syndrome in the most syndrome in emotional correlation diseases'treatment.So excessive emotional can disturb qi and disorders of qi can falling into fire,at last loss qi-blood and zangfu.9)Clinical treatment results have shown that the medicine of reducing heat and supplementary are the largest proportion.This has shown that qi-blood ,yin weakness and disorders of qi falling into fire are the main pathogenesis in emotional correlation diseases.4.Conclusion1)The motional leading to disease is deep rooted in the doctors of Qing Dynasty and they have a systematic pathogenesis of understanding and treating ideas.2) Emotional correlation diseases is widespread and the clinical sympomes is diversification.3) Emotional correlation diseases has the common characteristics of mixed emotion leading to the diseases.4)Individual differences can impact the emotional correlation diseases attack.5)The syndrome differentiation and treatment of emotional correlation diseases can combine the Zangfu system and Qi-Blood-body fluid system.The basic pathogenesis is qi-deficiency and stagnation of qi,then cause the blood-deficiency and flowing stagnation of body fluid.The disorder of Zangfu function is also important pathogenesis in emotional correlation diseases and emotional correlation diseases and liver is very closed .6) Reducing heat and supplementary method are common treatments in the treatment of emotional correlation diseases.7)Mathematical analysis is useful in research of meical records of emotional syndrome patterns support the value of some medicine and classical prescription.It can also confirm some known medicine pair,find the existence of special combination,mine the effectual medicine and medicine pair in common use.
