Coronary Heart Disease(CHD)is a major disease which is threatening people's health and life。With the great attention and development of comprehensive prevention and control work on CHD,these reseaches have become China's "11·5" major scientific and technological issues。Recently,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has done a lot of work and achieved fairly good results on differential syndrome and treatment.。However, previous studies have focused on TCM-based classification, mostly of which were static studies, and lacked in the summary of TCM syndrome distribution and the study of dynamic change in syndrome。Observing indicators on syndrome in real terms have lacked in authority, practicality, repeatability and practicability in clinical operational guidance。With the ever-growing popularity of percutaneous coronary intervention treatment, the significant effect of treatment on opened vascular with devices and vascular restenosis problem have aroused great concern。How to improve the comprehensive effect of preventation and treatment about CHD is the issue which need joint efforts of many scholars to resolve。Coronary Arteriography(CAG)which affords credible and objective gist for clinical research of prevention and cure CHD on TCM and western medicine is a golden criteria on CHD diagnosis。In the part of clinical research we investigate the TCM syndrome of CHD,the results of CAG and the relativity between them, and try to find some gists to prevention and cure of CHD on TCM and western medicine through large sample studies in order to promote the continuous development of TCM clinical work。This paper reviewed systematically ancient and modern literature about TCM and western medical diagnosis and treatment of CHD。In the part of clinical research,we collected 189 patients who had received interventional treatment, fellow up 104 cases of which,,and examined 43 cases of which by CAG.。We observed TCM syndrome before and after the cases collected had interventional treatment, and compared the two results in order to analyze the changes of TCM syndrome and the relativity between TCM syndrome and CAG results。Conclusion:1.Age of onset with CHD mostly are over the age of 60,up to 81.9%。Among them, male age of onset distributes intensively from the age of 40 to 80, meanwhile female from 60 to 80。2.Distribution of syndromes:The statistical analysis shows that the three most common syndromes of the 189 patients CHD before they had interventional treatment are the syndrome of blood stasis(165 cases,87.2%of total), the syndrome of deficiency of vital energy(145 cases,76.5%of total)and the syndrome of sputum-turbid(90 cases,47.5%of total)。Besides, the deficiency-syndrome of Yang, the syndrome of pathogenic heat, the stagnation- syndrome of Qi,the accumulation-syndrome of pathogenic cold and the deficiency- syndrome of Yin are also relatively common syndromes。After interventional treatment, the syndrome of blood stasis, the syndrome of deficiency of vital energy and the syndrome of sputum-turbid are the three most common syndromes, which exist through the whole course of the occurrence and evolution of CHD。3.The type of pathological changes of coronary artery almost is double branch pathological change especially in the syndrome of deficiency of Yang, the syndrome of sputum-turbid,the syndrome of blood stasis and the syndrome of deficiency of Qi:the syndrome of deficiency of Yang(2.32 branches), the syndrome of sputum-turbid(2.16 branches),the syndrome of blood stasis(2.15 branches)and the syndrome of deficiency of Qi(1.96 branches),there is fewer branch of pathological changes in the stagnation-syndrome of Qi,the deficiency-syndrome of Yin and the accumulation-syndrome of pathogenic cold. After CHD has appeared, the degree of pathologic changes of the coronary artery about CHD patients who having the syndrome of deficiency of Qi,or the syndrome of blood stasis,or the syndrome of sputum-turbid,or the syndrome of deficiency of Yang is more serious than the syndrome of deficiency of Yin,the stagnation-syndrome of Qi,or the syndrome of pathogenic heat,or the accumulation-syndrome of pathogenic cold,4.The damaged degree and number of coronary artery in the syndrome of deficiency of vital energy and the syndrome of blood stasis are much higher than the syndrome not with deficiency of vital energy and the syndrome not with blood stasis, which has gained statistic significance (P<0.01)。The comparision between the syndrome of sputum-turbid and the syndrome not with sputum-turbid about the damaged number and degree of coronary artery has not gained statistic significance(P>0.05)。5.we fellow up 104 cases, examined 43 cases by CAG,then found 15 cases with vascular restenosis,There are 9 cases with the syndrome of deficiency of vital energy(60%of total),10 cases with the syndrome of blood stasis(66.7%of total),7 cases with the syndrome of sputum-turbid(46.7%of total),6 cases with the syndrome of deficiency of Yin(40%of total),3 cases with the stagnation-syndrome of Qi(20%of total)and 1 cases with the syndrome of pathogenic heat。The results show that there are three common styles, which are the syndrome of blood stasis, the syndrome of deficiency of vital energy and the syndrome of sputum-turbid。We can not have a statistical analysis due to lack of case。We can draw the conclusion from the above results, the three most common CHD syndromes are the syndrome of blood stasis, the syndrome of deficiency of vital energy and the syndrome of sputum-turbid。According to CAG results and the relativity between TCM syndrome and CAG results, the syndrome of deficiency of vital energy and blood stasis play an important role in the occurrence and evolution of CHD and the development of pathologic changes of the coronary artery, meanwhile the damaged number and degree of coronary artery in the syndrome of deficiency of vital energy and blood stasis are higher than the syndrome not with deficiency of vital energy and blood stasis, which should been attached much more importance by clinicians and reseachers。...
